When you apply for a wholesale account, we collect: your business name, your name, your WhatsApp number, your email, your location, your business type, and any notes you choose to share with us.
When you order via WhatsApp, we collect: your order content, our reply, and the resulting transaction record.
Your data is used to: (1) reach out to confirm your wholesale account, (2) add you to the daily WhatsApp broadcast price list, (3) process and fulfill your orders, (4) reach you about your account or orders, and (5) improve our service over time.
Your data is stored on our own infrastructure (Hetzner servers in the EU) using PostgreSQL. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. WhatsApp messages are processed via Karen, our AI assistant, hosted on the same sovereign infrastructure.
We use WhatsApp Business (Meta) to receive and send messages. Their privacy policy applies to message transit. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party trackers.
You can request access to your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of the broadcast list at any time. Email nexushub.ai@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
