Application does not guarantee account approval. We may decline applications at our discretion. Approved buyers receive the daily price broadcast and may place orders via WhatsApp.
Prices in the daily broadcast are valid for that day only and subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after Karen sends a written reply with totals. Volume discounts are applied automatically when thresholds are met.
Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to stock availability, distributor lead times, or logistics outside our control.
Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged or expired goods only. Sealed, undamaged inventory is non-returnable. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.
Payment terms are set per-account at approval. Standard terms: payment on pickup or delivery. Established accounts may qualify for net-7 or net-14 terms at our discretion.
Value Nexus Wholesale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products supplied. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to approved buyers via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
